Making a reservation
To make a reservation, please call 0844 484 1210 or complete the on-line booking form
Your deposit 50% is non refundable per-person, per-weekend payable to , or by Visa, Master card or Debit card or via bank transfer, by telephoning the booking office. Payments by card, paypal & cheque are subject to a 4 % surcharge.
Holidays are charged in Sterling (£) for bookings made by card cheques and UK to UK bank transfers and in Eros for other bank transfers. Once we receive your deposit, your holiday is reserved and you will get confirmation in writing by post along with an email confirmation.
One to one therapies are to be paid in Euros in cash to the therapists at the time of the session. Please make sure that you have the money before hand. all treatments are done in your own room. Please book your treatments when booking your holiday to assure you an appointment.
Payment of the balance
Payment of the outstanding balance is due 8 weeks before arrival and can be made by contacting our booking office by telephone or email informing them of your card details or asking for bank transfer details.. Once the booking office has received full payment, a receipt will be sent by email and post.
For last minute bookings only, the balance payment can be made upon arrival in Spain in cash (Euros) or by card. Card payments and cheques are subject to a 4% surcharge and are charged in Sterling. All Dollar and Euro prices are approximate only worked out on the current exchange rate 21/11/08 and will vary. All payments are to be made in British Pound Sterling.
Important:
*The village of Alcalali and Parcent does have bank machines so you can use your service till card but
remember you will need your PIN number!
Payment for extras
Most prices on this site are in Sterling (£). Extras booked in Spain like one-to-one therapies, lessons and will be charged in Euros and are to be paid in the retreat. One to one therapies are to be paid in Euros in cash to the therapists at the time of the session. Please make sure that you have the money before hand. All treatments are done in your own room. Please book your treatments when booking your holiday to assure you an appointment and to avoid dissapointment.
To increase your enjoyment of this retreat holiday and experience the wider area it is recommended that you have your own transport, to give you flexibility of scheduling.
Mobility
The retreat does have wheelchair accessibility.
Holiday Insurance
Please make sure that you have full holiday and flight Insurance along with any other extra sports activities insurance you wish pursue whilst on holiday.
Important: We are not responsible for any loss to your property, damage to your property or injury to yourself (physical or emotional) due to loss, theft, accident, delays or cancellations (flight & car hire). However we will be on hand to help you in the event something happens.
* All therapist booked at the retreat have their own liability cover and are separate to Spiritual Retreat Spain.*

Having a mobile phone that works abroad is helpful, so that if the driver is delayed, our Spain office can contact you to let you know. Please let us know the number you are using on the Booking form.

Car hire is available at both airports. We suggest booking companies from the UK. Car hire can be useful for guests who would like to be independent and make their own way to further restaurants a field and local attractions.
Inform us of your arrival time:
Please let us know what time you expect to arrive at the retreat 1 week before your holiday on the numbers below or by email.
We recommend that you plan your journey to arrive at the retreat before 5pm.

Late arrivals
If you are delayed, or if you need to arrive later than 5pm, it is important to call us, either before or on the day of arrival, to tell us what time you expect to arrive.
If we do not hear from you by 5pm, our staff may assume that you are not arriving.

Flights

What to Bring
You will need to bring:
• Passport, E111, Travel insurance documents (see below)
• Warm jacket as evenings can get chilly
• Any personal equipment you wish to use for off Retreat afternoon activities you booked in advance.
• Camera
• Swim wear
• Sun cream, hat & sunglasses
• Comfortable clothes for yoga sessions
Insurance
Please ensure you have up to date E11 ( For European Clients), travel & activity insurance, (activities insurance is to make sure you are covered if you decided to book off retreat afternoon activities). You will need to send details of this to us before you travel and bring a copy with you. We will be unable to proceed with the holiday with out it.
